Swedish Pancakes: No Sugar Needed

Swedish Pancakes are one of the quickest, easiest, and most delectable breakfast meals you can make. These are packed with protein to keep your energy up throughout your morning! The great thing is, you can make it a healthy option for your breakfast. Nix the syrup and the powdered sugar. Instead, smear some Greek Yogurt (honey flavor is my particular favorite), and add fresh berries!

3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
3 Tbsp butter
3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt

*Note: this feeds my husband and I perfectly! If you are feeding more than two, I would suggest doubling the recipe.

Blend all ingredients very well.
Butter pan before cooking the pancakes.
